(LIVINGSTON, NJ) – As part of an ongoing campaign to promote health through a more Nutrient Rich diet and lifestyle, Nutrientrich.com is offering a free online webinar called “Switch to Rich” on April 4 2013 at 9 pm est. The free, live presentation is designed to introduce and educate attendees on the key concepts of a Nutrient Rich diet and the powerful benefits. In 2005 and again in 2010, the U.S. dietary guidelines reinforced the need for everyone to eat more Nutrient Rich foods to prevent disease and obesity and promote overall health and wellness.
According to health and lifestyle expert and nutrientrich.com founder John Allen Mollenhauer, the free webinar will provide a comprehensive but easy-to-understand overview of the Nutrient Rich phenomenon. “In the last several years, we have seen a huge spike in interest about Nutrient Rich foods and how incorporating these wholesome foods into a person’s diet can dramatically improve one’s health and lifestyle,” said Mollenhauer. “The most important aspect of helping people “Switch to Rich” is to educate them on the basics of a Nutrient Rich diet and to teach them how simple and fun it can be to make the switch – from shopping and cooking to feeling the transition benefits of weight-loss and overall health.”
Medical and nutritional experts all agree that foods rich in nutrients are a vital part of fighting disease and maintaining health. Mollenhauer has dedicated his life to helping people achieve their goals through healthy lifestyles and eating Nutrient Rich foods is one of the key ingredients for success.
The free, online webinar has limited space but is open to the general public. In addition to the April event, nutrientrich.com has also launched a new website offering the most direct path to success and support for this healthy eating style also known a eating high nutrient or nutritarian.
