A Nutrient Rich Breakfast in Wisconsin.

I’m up in Wisconsin at the Monkey Bar Gym Intensive Training Seminar this week and it started off with an incredible nutrient rich breakfast providing maximum nutrition from foods you can eat every day.

Here’s what we were eating; a recipe from Jon Hinds, founder of the Monkey Bar Gym.

Breakfast:

  • big bowl ( a mixing bowl:) of strawberries,
  • blueberries,
  • peaches,
  • bananas,
  • dates,
  • pumpkin seeds,
  • walnuts,
  • scoop of Source of Life which adds a cool taste to an already tasty dish.

This dish was so good, it’s a new staple. I found myself so excited to go to bed, because my mouth was watering for that dish. Jon felt the same way.

And talk about fulfilling, even with training, I didn’t need to eat until 1:00 pm.

This is one amazing breakfast.
