Ingredients:
2 cups brown and/or wild rice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup unsulfured dried apricots, coarsely chopped
3 cups water
1/4 cup unhulled sesame seeds
Instructions:
Cook brown rice, spices, and dried apricots with water on low heat for 35 minutes. Add sesame seeds and simmer for 10 more minutes or until rice is cooked.
