The first ever Nutritarian Festival will be taking place in Aspen CO August 25-27. It's being put on by my associates at the NutritionalResearch.org who encourage and promote research to evaluate the impact of a high nutrient density diet and related interventions on chronic disease such as autoimmune illnesses, diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
Bottom line is, they are doing the studies that will ultimately show how a nutrient rich diet, of 90% or more, plant based nutrient rich foods, will help you reverse almost all lifestyle induced diseases, while enjoying what you eat!
