A Plant “based” Diet

A plant based diet is not necessarily a vegan or a vegetarian diet. We promote 80-90% or more whole nutrient rich foods with smaller amounts of animal products and even smaller amounts of refined foods based on the foundation of nutritional wisdom, nutrient density.

Nutrient Rich is not a diet, it’s a standard, so when you understand what nutrient rich means, instead of following rules that say, eat so much of this and so much of that, you’ll do it naturally, because you’re into eating better, not less.

We’re not promoting a diet by a particular name like the Atkins Diet; we’re promoting a way of eating defined by quality! A Nutrient Rich food is a quality food.
