No one in the world can be successful eating less and doing more.
Eating less is an effect not an action. When your nutritional needs are met, you eat less. I eat less than I ever have.
Do I work at this each week? Am I deprived? No, it’s just that I eat nutrient rich food; my needs are met!
The only thing that can drive you to eat more, even when eating nutrient rich, is increased demand (activity) and unmanaged stress!
