Up at 7:00 am this morning at the DrFuhrman Health Getaway, walking and jogging and walking, again.
It amazing what happens when we add? “play” into how we exercise and the connection with other people, how much more we will do and my much more fun we have doing it.
Though out the event we have been doing 20 minute stints of body weight exercises and yoga in between the lectures and meals. It’s been a great schedule, even as a vacation.
