GOING BANANAS… Creamy, high in potassium and fiber, easily digetible carbohydrate,  comes in it’s own carrying case Buy a bunch of ripened bananas. Look in your grocery for ripened bananas as they are usually on sale for a lot less per pound. Peel them and freeze them in a freezer bag or container. You can pull them apart as needed.
